Dr-HackBy accident stumbled upon this on WhatsApp version 2.18.68 for Android , after confirming, it turns out that now we can use the WhatsApp ‘Delete for Everyone’ Feature to delete messages which are around 70 minutes old (68 minutes and 16 seconds to be exact) previously it was for 7 minutes

WhatsApp Beta Features
WhatsApp is on a roll by adding new features since Facebook bought WhatsApp. Some other beta features about to be released :
- Ability to Add description under WhatsApp Groups
- Addition of Stickers
- Tracking back forwarded messages
- Long awaited “Lock Recording” so you can record without holding the Mic icon for recordings
